1989 Studied Calligraphy under Yoshinao Iwamura in Sapporo
2003-2008 Studied contemporary dance under Fumihito Shimizu (Tokyo) and Yasuko Sato (Sapporo)
2005 Graduated from Faculty of Fisheries, Hokkaido University
2017 Completed Kagawa Institute of Lacquer Art
2019 Became a finalist for LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize 2019
2021 Completed Utatsuyama Craft Workshop, Kanazawa
Currently based in Kanazawa City. Full member of the Japan Crafts Association
