Drinking Vessel Friday, October 8 - Saturday, October 23, 2021

Under the title of “Drinking Vessel,” from October 8 (Fri.) to October 23 (Sat.), Gallery NOW will present a selection of excellent works including glasses, cups, teacups, sake cups, and tea bowls that softly stimulate the senses through the lips.

We tend to focus on appreciating beautiful things with our eyes, but the sensation of holding something in our hands to feel its weight and texture, and having it resonate with our five senses when it touches the delicate skin of our lips, is one of the indispensable and beautiful functions of “Vessel”.
It became basic to hide the mouth in the long-term mask life of the Corona disaster, but we will hold an exhibition that once again pays attention to enriching the body and mind through the lips, which are also the “window” that nurtures our vitality.
