Yoshihiko Takahashi

Brief Personal History

Yoshihiko Takahashi was born in Tokyo in 1958.
After graduating from Tama Art University’s Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Product Design, Craft Design in 1980, he served as an assistanmt at Tama Art University’s Department of Three-Dimensional Design from 1980 to 1982.
From 1982 to 1984, he was an assistant at the Glass House Am Wasserturm Studio.
In 1985 he opened his studio in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
In 1995, he began working as a part-time Lecturer at Various institutions including Tama Art University, International Academy of Glass (-’09), Utatsuyama Kogei Kobo, and at Aichi Prefectural University of Arts (-’98).
He is currentry a professor at Tama Art University.
